We're committed to shaping a vibrant academic experience by working on a range of initiatives including emphasizing the importance of co-op preparation, research accessibility, admissions efforts, and study abroad opportunities. Additionally we hope to help ensure a seamless transition as Drexel makes university wide changes — providing students with the resources essential for their academic journey. Through all of our committees, we vow to take into account student perspective creating a more inclusive and equitable campus environment that values and celebrates diversity in all its forms.
We strongly encourage you to contact us and share your ideas and concerns with us. AAC thrives on your input, and together, we'll cultivate a thriving academic environment.
COMMITTEE CORES
Academic Technologies
We aim to enhance the tools and platforms that support students’ academic success. This includes improving accessibility and usability of learning technologies such as Blackboard, DrexelOne, and other university systems. Our goal is to ensure that Drexel’s academic technologies are reliable, student-friendly, and aligned with modern learning needs.

Academic Guidance & Support
This core focuses on strengthening the academic support network available to students. We want to improve advising systems, promote awareness of tutoring and academic resources, and explore new ways to connect students with mentorship opportunities. By doing so, we hope to ensure every student has the guidance needed to thrive academically.
Academic Structures
We will evaluate and provide feedback on Drexel’s academic framework, including scheduling, course availability, and co-op alignment, to make sure it works for students rather than against them. Our initiatives will aim to reduce academic barriers and promote smoother degree progress for all majors.
Student–Faculty Relations
We believe that a healthy academic environment begins with strong relationships between students and faculty. This core emphasizes open communication, feedback mechanisms, and collaboration between students, professors, and administration. By fostering mutual respect and understanding, we can help bridge gaps and create a more supportive academic culture.
